IntrinsiQ Specialty Solutions, an organization that connects medical practices across urology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, and gastroenterology with technology vendors, is retiring its UroChartEHR software. To manage the transition for its users, the company established an alliance with ModMed, a developer of electronic health records and practice management tools used by nearly 50,000 medical providers. Through this agreement, ModMed becomes the preferred replacement platform for current UroChartEHR customers.
The software developer now joins the IntrinsiQ Trusted Vendor Program. This network offers member practices a portfolio of operational and clinical care products. While medical clinics retain the choice of their next software vendor, IntrinsiQ selected ModMed to reduce operational complexity during the migration.

The ModMed platform combines clinical documentation, practice management, patient engagement and inventory tracking into a single environment. Designed by practicing physicians, the system includes anatomical diagrams and suggested coding assistance tailored to individual medical specialties. For clinical workflows, users track high-value specialty drugs and supplies inside the patient chart to monitor financial and clinical outcomes. Administrative staff use the same system to coordinate digital intake, patient messaging and online scheduling.
Migrating clinics will gain access to ModMed Scribe 2.0, an ambient artificial intelligence documentation tool. The software translates natural doctor-patient conversations into suggested structured visit notes. The AI system also generates draft billing codes and downstream orders for provider review, covering prescriptions, labs and patient education materials. The developer plans further software updates, citing ongoing investments in artificial intelligence assistants across clinical, front office and revenue cycle workflows.
