Delfi joins circuit accelerator to bring balance sheet AI to credit unions

Delfi, a company that builds AI-powered balance sheet intelligence and decision-making tools for financial institutions, has been accepted into the Circuit Accelerator Program, a fintech development initiative run by Circuit, a collaborative network of 80 credit union and Credit Union Service Organization owners whose combined membership exceeds 51 million people.

The accelerator gives Delfi access to Circuit's Owner Advisory Team, which will work alongside the company to test its approach in real credit union environments and provide feedback on how the product fits the operational needs of smaller institutions. Delfi will present its platform at the Circuit Summer Owner Meeting in Denver, scheduled for August 3 to 5, 2026.

Delfi's current product lineup includes Delfi Overwatch, a balance sheet monitoring platform that won Best of Show at FinovateFall 2024, and Delfi Exchange, a marketplace of financial instruments that the company describes as agentically customized, meaning AI agents tailor available instruments to the institution's specific balance sheet position and then execute transactions rather than only presenting options for human review.

Joseph Ahn, Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of Delfi, described the problem the platform addresses for credit unions without specialized trading infrastructure: "Credit unions shouldn't rely on a quant team or a trading floor to get industry best balance sheet guidance. Our agentic AI puts that power into a credit union's daily workflow. Circuit puts us in the room with the people we built it for, and we couldn't be more excited to share what we've built."

Dustin Binns, Senior Project Manager at Circuit, framed the access problem the accelerator is built to solve: "Advanced balance sheet and risk management capabilities have traditionally been out of reach for smaller institutions, often requiring specialized expertise and resources. Delfi is bringing an AI-driven approach to that challenge. Through the Accelerator Program, the Owner Advisory Team will work with Delfi to test its approach, share real-world perspective, and help shape a solution that reflects the needs of credit unions."
