SEIDOR, a technology consultancy that provides enterprise software, cloud, cybersecurity, data and digital transformation services, reported revenue of €1.174 billion for fiscal year 2025 as the company prepares a new phase of international expansion focused on Europe and the Americas.
The company has approved a strategic plan covering the period through 2030, with a target of reaching €2 billion in annual revenue. The initiative comes as consulting and technology services firms face growing demand from organizations modernizing business systems, migrating workloads to cloud platforms and integrating artificial intelligence into operational processes.
A central element of the plan is the consolidation of SEIDOR's global operating model. The company has spent the past year aligning business units, processes and service delivery across the 45 countries where it operates. The goal is to provide customers with access to the same portfolio of services regardless of geography while creating a more integrated international organization.
The strategy also reflects a shift in SEIDOR's customer mix. While the company has historically focused on midmarket organizations, it is expanding its presence among large enterprises and public sector organizations. To support that effort, SEIDOR introduced Boutique AVANT, a business unit designed to serve larger organizations with consulting, technology implementation and AI-enabled services.
"SEIDOR’s experience in midmarket, with focus, proximity and the ability to make the complex simple, is also a direct advantage in large accounts, especially in a cycle where value is shifting from execution capacity to judgment and measurable impact", said Sergi Biosca, CEO of SEIDOR.
International growth remains a priority. The company identified Brazil, the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and several Latin American countries as strategic markets for expansion. According to SEIDOR, operations in the United Kingdom, Brazil and the United States were among the strongest contributors to growth during 2025.
The company's expansion strategy is closely linked to enterprise software and cloud services. SAP remains one of its largest business areas, reflecting broader market demand for ERP modernization projects and cloud migration initiatives. SEIDOR said it employs more than 5,000 SAP consultants and supports over 6,600 SAP customers worldwide. During 2025, it completed 222 RISE with SAP projects and 86 GROW with SAP projects, programs designed to help organizations migrate ERP environments to cloud-based architectures.
Beyond SAP services, the company is increasing investment in artificial intelligence. During 2025, SEIDOR expanded an internal AI Center of Excellence and continued development of its Delfos platform, which allows employees and customers to interact with enterprise data, documents and business systems through conversational interfaces. The company is also developing AI agents intended for use in areas including ERP modernization, cybersecurity, cloud operations and data management.
"We do not conceive AI only as a lever of efficiency, but above all as a growth engine: to drive the business, generate more value for our clients and open better opportunities for our professionals", said Biosca.
The company's AI strategy is accompanied by governance initiatives. SEIDOR said it has obtained ISO 42001 certification, an international standard focused on the management and oversight of artificial intelligence systems, as organizations increasingly seek frameworks for responsible AI deployment.
Another factor shaping SEIDOR's growth plans is its ownership structure. In 2024, global investment firm Carlyle acquired a majority stake in the company while the founding Benito family retained a significant shareholding and executive leadership responsibilities. According to SEIDOR, the partnership is intended to support international expansion, particularly in the United States, the United Kingdom and Italy, while maintaining a strategy based on a combination of organic growth and selective acquisitions.
The company also continues to invest in workforce development as competition for technology talent intensifies. SEIDOR reported a sharp increase in job applications during the first quarter of 2026 and has expanded internal training programs focused on areas including artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
The new strategic plan positions SEIDOR around three areas that continue to attract enterprise spending: cloud infrastructure, business applications and AI-enabled services. As organizations reassess technology investments and modernize core systems, consulting firms with international delivery capabilities are seeking to expand their role beyond software implementation and into long-term operational support and business transformation programs.
