Unanet expands AI and partner integrations in Q2

Unanet, which provides ERP and business development software for project-based organizations, expanded its partner integrations, added AI capabilities and broadened its FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency portfolio during the second quarter. The updates support government contracting (GovCon) and architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) customers across business development, project delivery and business operations.

"GovCon and AEC firms are looking beyond point solutions. They want to connect how they win work, deliver projects and run their businesses," said Craig Halliday, CEO of Unanet. "Every integration we deliver and partnership we expand moves us closer to that goal: giving customers one platform instead of a patchwork of disconnected tools."

Expanded partner integrations

During the quarter, Unanet expanded its partner integrations, giving customers additional technology integration options. New integrations with construction platforms, including Procore, allow customers to use Unanet throughout the project lifecycle. With Unanet CRM, customers can automatically create Procore projects and capture project performance data for new CRM opportunities, reducing manual data entry and providing visibility throughout project delivery.

The company also plans to expand its construction integration ecosystem with a Sage Intacct integration.

GovCon portfolio expansion

Unanet added several products to its FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency portfolio. In addition to GovCon ERP, the designation now includes EGAM, GrowthStudio for GovCon and ProposalAI, helping government contractors protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and support CMMC-related requirements.

During the quarter, allyon, a federal technology solution provider, adopted Unanet GovCon ERP as part of its operational expansion.

"We wanted a platform that could support our entire contract lifecycle—not just one area of the business. Unanet understands the GovCon environment and gives us the operational foundation we need to scale responsibly as we grow," said Gina Fritz, Chief Operating and Chief People Officer at allyon.

Customer ratings and industry recognition

Unanet reported its highest performance to date in G2's Summer 2026 Reports. Based on verified customer reviews, Unanet GovCon ERP received the highest G2 Satisfaction score among project-based ERP products overall and in the mid-market category. The platform also ranked first in the Small Business, Mid-Market and Overall Relationship Indices, as well as the Mid-Market Usability Index. Unanet AE ERP, GovCon ERP and Unanet CRM were also recognized as Leaders in their respective categories.

During the quarter, the company also received several industry awards and recognitions, including:

  • 2026 Product of the Year Award from TMC's Customer Magazine for GrowthStudio.

  • AI-Based Culture of Innovation Silver Stevie Award.

  • Best AI-Powered Product or Service Bronze Stevie Award.

  • CEO Craig Halliday was named to the Wash100 list, received the Virginia Business C-Suite Award and Virginia Business magazine's Leadership Distinction Award.

  • Inclusion in the NVTC AI50 list.

  • Publication of the 2026 Unanet Gauge and Inspire industry benchmark reports.

The quarter also included expanded partner integrations, additional products under the company's FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency designation and plans to add a Sage Intacct integration to its construction ecosystem.
