More than 170 extensions built by over 17 partner organizations are now available through ManageEngine Marketplace, a developer ecosystem that Zoho Corporation's IT management division launched to let enterprises extend its core platforms without waiting for native product updates. The extensions have driven more than 10,000 downloads combined.
ManageEngine, which provides IT management and security solutions to organizations globally, structured the marketplace around three participant types: the company contributes core platform components; independent developers and partners build on ManageEngine's infrastructure using its development tools; and enterprise customers deploy the resulting extensions to address specific operational requirements.
The marketplace also functions as the distribution channel for Zia Agents, ManageEngine's AI-powered autonomous agents built for enterprise IT environments. Through it, organizations can deploy these agents across ManageEngine's own platforms and connect them to third-party systems.

Governance is central to how ManageEngine differentiates the marketplace from open developer ecosystems without centralized review. A dedicated internal team checks every submission for functionality, security and compliance before publication. ManageEngine said the process is intended to keep contributions open to independent developers, partners and systems integrators while meeting the security requirements enterprise customers apply to third-party software.
ISNIA Technologies, a ManageEngine partner that specializes in AI-enabled data solutions and enterprise automation, used the marketplace to package its services as deployable products. "Marketplace has enabled us to transform our expertise into scalable solutions, create recurring revenue, and expand our market reach," said Sivakumar Ramasamy, founder and CEO of ISNIA Technologies.
ManageEngine described the initiative as a response to fragmented technology environments, citing organizations in South Africa among those navigating an expanding stack of platforms and management tools. The marketplace consolidates partner-built extensions into a single catalog, reducing the integration work enterprises would otherwise handle case by case.
The marketplace accepts submissions from independent developers and systems integrators, with ManageEngine providing the infrastructure and development tooling partners need to build and bring extensions to market. Every submission passes through the company's internal review team before it appears in the catalog alongside Zia Agents.
